I plan to export the bin file for TPS65982 which made by Application Customization Tool.

There are two questions.

1. Does the bin file which made by Application Customization Tool have Encryption Function?

2. Does the bin file which made by Application Customization Tool have U.S.–origin commodities? subject to EAR?

I think bin file have only parameters, so above two questions are both no.

Hi Anderson,

The bin file generated by Application Customization Tool doesn't have any encryption.

Hi Anderson,

Regarding your second question, yes the bin file from the configuration tool has U.S.–origin commodities and is subject to EAR. This is covered under the clickwrap license agreement that is part of the tool installation.

Please give me more detail information about bin file.
1.
Would you tell me percentage of the value of U.S.-origin commodities in the total value of the non U.S?
Equal to or less than 25%? or More than 25% or unknown?

2.
Would you tell me Export Control Classification Number?
Is it EAR99?
