Does XIO2001IPNP sometimes have a VENDOR/DEVICE ID not found, and is the reason for EXPOSSED Thermal PAD cold soldering? Is there any other possible reason?

XIO2001IPNP exposed thermal pad is primary for heat dissipation however a strong solder connection should be made on all pins. When are you seeing this error? Are you following the power sequencing specified in 6.12 Power-Up/-Down Sequencing of the datasheet?
