In the datasheet, it is noted that one of these 2 signal has a PD, the other has a PU, but we do not know which one!!!
I suppose the default value is "No de-emphasis" (it is written nowhere) so TX_DEEMPH1 = PU and TX_DEEMPH0 = PD is it correct?
