Hello Patrick,
For 3.3V signal, you can use DS90LV011A driver and DS90LV012A receiver.
For 1.8V signal, you can use SN65LVDS4 receiver, and for the driver you can use DS90LV001 (which is an LVDS-to-LVDS buffer) and bias the IN- input at 0.9 V using a simple resistor divider, and feed the 1.8V signal to IN+. This way the DS90LV001 will function as a 1.8 V LVCMOS to LVDS driver. Please see the attached circuit diagram.
