TFP401A: TFP401A OVDD Range

Can I run DVDD, AVDD, PVDD = 3.3v and OVDD = 2.8v? or can I run everything at 2.8v? There are not very many 3.3v panels out there, everything is 2.8v to 1.8v I/O.
