ISO5452: Is ISO5452 PIN2PIN of ADuM4135?

Part Number: ISO5452

Hi Team,

Is ISO5452 PIN2PIN of ADuM4135? I found they are different.

The Positive gate drive voltage output and Negative gate drive voltage output is exchanged.

  • Hi Eggsy,

Thank you for your interest in our driver, my name is Mamadou Diallo and I will help address your concerns.
The ISO545x family is the TI equivalent, it is a direct replacement in functionality, parametrics but different in pinout as you pointed out which, with slight board rework can be solved.

In what application are we trying to replace this device?

    Regards,

    -Mamadou

  • Hi Eggsy,

After further looking into this, ISO5452 is actually be used as a direct replacement for the competitor part by simply maintaining the same gate resistor values between OUTH and OUTL.

    Thanks.
