TMDS181: "tx_(X)f_(Y)e_termination" in IBIS-AMI Models user's guide

Hi,

Please let me ask the tx_(X)f_(Y)e_termination.s4p file that relate to IBIS AMI model.

There are the parameter that are X and Y, and my understanding about frequency range is as below. Is my understanding correct?

h (high frequency) : Data rate (DR) > 3.4 Gbps
m (mid frequency) : 2 Gbps > DR < 3.4 Gbps
l (low frequency) : DR < 2 Gbps

Then please let me know how to select edge rate that is parameter (Y)?

The setting would be system dependent, I would make it as a sweep parameter and use the one that results in the best eye diagram.
