LMH0303: SDI jitter issue with vertical transition jumping

Dear Sir/Madam,

I encountered SDI jitter issue with vertical transition jumping (see attached SDI_Jitter.mp4). LMH0303 is driven by Xilinx XC7A200T SDI IP, and SDI clock is driver by ASEMPLV-148.500MHz-LR-T. 

Do you have any advice what could be the possible cause to this case?

    Greetings KPK,

    LMH0303 is a buffer converting 100-ohm differential input to 75-Ohm single ended media. This low frequency jitter shown in your diagrams are perhaps likely either due to jitter on input signal or AC power noise being coupled into the LMH0303 supply somehow.

    1). Please monitor 100-ohm differential input. Do you see this low frequency jitter?

    2). Secondly, please use external clean 3.3V supply for LMH0303. Do you observe this low frequency jitter under this condition?
