DS125BR111: Short circuit protection

Hello,

I have some questions about Tx short circuit protection.

According to the datasheet, transmitter short circuit current limit is 20mA typical.

To make this characteristics effective, does it need to configure the register 0x10 bit 7 and

0x17 bit 7 High ?

In which case this function is not use?

The register bits 0x10[7] and 0x17[7] are high by default. The Short Circuit protection is already Enabled.

We always recommend to leave this protection enabled.
