The datasheet for the TPS65987D has layout guidelines that should be followed for supporting 100W. These are found in section 11 of the datasheet.

Customer would like to know the IC temperature at 100W delivery. the worse case is 5A on 2 path, 5*5*2*33 mohm = 1.65W power loss. Rjb = 30C/W, the temperature rising is 30*1.65 = 49.5C. The board temp. should be less than 75C, few margin. Becasue this is PCB layout related, customer hopes to know what temp. on EVM. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. All relevant thermal information can be found in the datasheet. Also, your worst case calculation is incorrect. Only one path can be on at a time in the 87D so your power loss will be half of what you calculated.

Thanks for your correction on power loss. What we need is the real IC temp. at 5A delivery on EVM. Can you help to get the data?
