My customer want to use JW0-0006NL(Pulse Electronics) for DP83867.

Can this be used?

Is there a track record of evaluation?

    Hi Kenji,

    The Pulse JW0-0006NL is not recommended for use with DP83867. The Pulse transformer you have shown has the center taps of the 867 side shorted together. This is not allowed with 867 designs.

    Please see the datasheet figure 30 magnetics connections for the minimum required schematic of the transformer circuit.
