can we bootstrap dp83848 ?

if yes..how?

    Hi uma,

    The bootstrap options are shown in section 4.9 of the DP83848YB datasheet. The only options that can be strapped are PHY ADDRESS, auto-negotiation enable/disable, auto-negotiation link speeds, forced link speeds, MII mode, RMII mode, auto-mdix enable/disable, and LED configurations.

    Any options other than those need to be set through registers.
