Single Output LDO, 200 mA, Fixed 2.8 V Output, 2 to 5.5 V Input, with Low IQ, 5-pin SOT (DDC), -40 to 125 degC, Green (RoHS & no Sb/Br)

now planning next year order quantity, may we now this parts still available next year 2019 , any risk of EOL PLAN?

    Hi Arthur,

    There are no risk of EOL plan for this device. Currently leadtimes are 35 weeks. We always recommend our customers to place orders as soon as they can.
    I would also like to recommend one of our new LDOs that actually has much lower IQ than the TLV700. The TPS7A05 has 1uA IQ and comes in a very similar package (SOT-23 instead of SOT-23 Thin). This device also has an average leadtime of 8 weeks. Please consider using this device instead of TLV700.
