    Hi Eagle,

    1. Testing communication can be done through higher layer applications depending on your operating system. A packet generator and checker application can be used.
    If you have 2 DP83TC811s in the link, the PRBS function can be used, but this must be done through MDIO registers only, and it will disrupt any higher layer communications.

    2. For EMC reports, you must contact a TI FAE/sales rep to have an NDA in place before we can share results.
