2. Does FPD Link interface match HDMI interface's specifications?

Because i want to connect DS90UB948 with a monitor to display the Video which comes from camera sensor.

Sorry We can't understand your question well.
948 can be linked with panel easily as many pane has openLDI I/F. for hdmi, you can select ub949.

I want to convert Open LDI signal which comes from UB948 to VGA/ D-sub (includes Analog R,G,B data and Hsync/Vsync ).

we have a monitor which has a VGA interface, and we want test 947/948 function through displaying the Video come from 948 on a Monitor but not a panel directly.---Please refer to attached filehow to convert open LDI to VGA.pptx

My question is is there the solution can convert Open LDI to Analog RGB which can inputs to VGA connctor on my Monitor???

you can select one device to bridge the OpenLDI output to parallel RGB output, such as DS90CF388 in my.ti.com.

why you need use both? pls check the 388 block diagram in your case.
also, cf388 is NOT connected with ub948.
