Hi,

Is the DS90UB960-Q1 the „Quad-Version“ of the DS90UB954-Q1 ?

Or does the DS90UB960-Q1 have additional features which the DS90UB954-Q1 does not have?

Would it be possible for reading or replaying of video data to build some kind of measuring adapter which consists of DS90UB953/954, to integrate into a DS90UB953/960 line?

Hello Fred,

Yes, it is the Quad-version of the 954 but it has some extra features:

1) the 960 has two extraRx ports, one extra CSI port
2) the 960 feauters 2x I2C ports
3) the 960 supports an additional output CSI speed (1.2 Gbps/lane)
4) the 960 does not support crystal oscillators, only REFCLK input

Can you explain the other part of the question. Adding block diagram would be helpfull.
