Hello,

There isn't a junction limit listed on the data sheet for the following part: SN65LVDS049PW.

Would I just take the storage temperature of 150 deg C, as explained in this link? [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?

Hello Alexa,

The referenced post in the link talks about abs max junction temperature and specifically for logic devices. Are you looking for the abs max junction temperature (i. e. junction temp that the device can tolerate but not necessarily function properly or within spec parameters)?

I am just looking for T_j, the junction limit, so just the operating junction temperature limit.

Hello Alexa,

The maximum operating junction temperature is 125 C. However, the the device's performance and electrical parameters were characterized only over the ambient (free-air) temperature range -40 C to 85 C.

Hello,

One more thing, regarding this device, there is a typo in the thermal information table. R_theta_JA should be 105 C/W (not 10.5).
