There is an external oscillator mode in DS90UB913A.

For CLKIN (pin18), may I know what's the define for the rise time /fall time... ?

Zoe,

the key spec. for external PCLK is jitter, for rise/fall time, "~1ns" is accepted.

Zoe,
The max. rise/fall time should be within 1.5ns.
