The Jitter Tolerance graph has been updated from Revision. B to Revision. C datasheet.
Can you please elaborate on the background of this difference?

Ken,
It looks like this change was actually made in Rev B. If you refer to the current rev B version online it already has the updated curve. Rev C is not released yet.

That is what I can see on the datasheet.

What I expected to hear from you is the reason and/or background why the graph was renewed.

My own guess would be that you had something like test limitation came from your equipment, then, reperformed measurement with new equipment.
I don't know it's true, but this is what I can guess from footnote on the old datasheet.

"(1) Jitter amplitude max ( ~ 0.6 UI) is limited by instrumentation and actual jitter amplitude max of in-band jitter at low frequency ( < 2 MHz)
is greater than 1 UI "

Ken,
There was a test limitation aspect of it earlier as you mention, but it could also be that the new graph is a more typical representation of the link where 914A is paired with the 913A when this measurement was taken.
I can try to look again if I can see some validation data on these devices, but in any case the new curve should be the one you need to consider.

It looks like this was a equipment limitation. The ~0.6UI tolerance previously for the lower frequencies is actually 0.8UI, so you should just use the new curve.
