I would like to check CML signal condition of FPD_LINK.
Is RIN+- signal condition enough for the establish the link, if CMLOUT signal satisfied the following conditions?

Nao,
This should give a good indication of the quality of the FPD-Link signal seen inside the receiver. The CMLOUT output is after the equalization i.e. the recovered input of the deserializer.

We can't check signal quality of FPD-Link to use CMLOUT. right?
If that is so, could you tell us how to check signal quality of FPD-Link?
And could you tell us input signal spec (RINx pin) of input jitter etc...?
so, I can't find them in UH940 datasheet.

Nao,
You can use CMLOUT to check the signal quality and see what the receiver sees. Just keep in mind it is after the equalization so it provides you jitter after equalization but before the clock data recovery.

I can find following spec in DS90UB92x series datasheet.

But, I can't it in DS90UB94x series datasheet.
