I'm having problems to get the DP83848 working at 10Mbits while at 100Mits it looks ok.
At 100Mbits the performance are slightly lower than expected so some errors may still occur but it is working
testing the board with ipconfig at 10Mbit:
RX packets:105176 errors:104547 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:15627
basically all errors.
The error occurs with point to point connection with the end device, as well with a switch in between.
So it does not look related to signal amplitude issue.
the register settings are for forced 10Mbit-HD:
