Hi, My customer have a question about TCA9555RTWR I/O pin.

Is it internal weak pull high 100K to Vcc when sets to input and undriven?? Could you help to check? Thanks

Hello Helios,

That is correct, Vcc is tied to the I/O pin with a weak internal pull up resistor (I measured with a multi meter while the device was unpowered and found the resistance to be about 80k ohms.

When this device is set as an input (such as during start up) it will always be referenced to Vcc (not floating).
