What is the TI part number for this component?

Yes, this is a TI SN65HVD485EDR device, lot trace code is: 58AC85M. You can use this site to search the listing of TI part number.

For 8-pin D package RS485 transceiver, you have many choices. What's your data rate? You can consider THVD1550D, which is recently released and has very good ESD protection.

Hi,

The standard Binary Rate : up to 10 Mbit/s.

The main issue happens when my customer disconnect the serial line Rx and TX under power.

I need to find hardware solution for this situations due components burn up.

I can send you an example image for this issue.
