UART to SPI Covnerter for automotive

Hello all,

Thank you for your support. I would like to know if there are any converter that is capable to simply convert from UART to SPI. Do you have any good solutions for automotive (AEC Q100 Grade 1 is needed.)? MCU is not acceptable. If there are only SPI, UART, and powering pins, it would be grateful.
