Hello Team,

We are using TPS65983B.

Device, which is using the chip, works only as UFP. It's a bus-powerd device with Thunderbolt 3.

I have some questions about Application Customization Tool.

Can you give me description about:

AutoNegotiate Sink Configuration, I can't find description in user manual for whole menu.

Also I would like to ask about description for the following menu:

We have problems with Bus Idle Detection Test, so I would like to know if these can be caused by incorrect configuration from Application Customization Tool.

Hi Avram,

You should not need to change any of the settings. The settings are optimized for the Intel reference desings. Please ensure your design is exactly matching the intel reference design that you are following as we do not support any hardware or firmware changes from those designs.
