I have USB2.0 CD-ROM device can not be detect. I have fine Vreg will be disable.
Could you have check this issue? TI device is TUSB211
Picture 1 (Waveform 1)
CH1 : 3V3_SW_3 ==> alewye keep
CH2 : Vreg ( C621 ) ==> plug USB device , Vreg will output 1.8V and after 2000ms Vreg will be diasble
Waveform 2 :
CH1 : Vreg ( C621 )
CH2 : PW_EN ( RSTN pin )
CH3 : CD_USV3_1 ( CD pin )
CH4 : ENA_HS_USB3_1 ( ENA_HS pin ) , it have change and Vreg will be disable.
The issue with TUSB211 you are seeing is most likely due to boost setting being too high. What is the setting you are using.

It also failed on EQ0(1dB) and EQ1(2dB). But we see it works on EQ0 occasionally.

Same setting , Just change Chip form TUSB211 to TUSB212.
EQ is 3.9k ohm to GND.
