Dear,

We are beginner on the forum and TI E2E™ Community.

We start a new project on 25Gb/s optical transmission on 12 channels. We are interesting by the TI retimer solution such as DS280DF810, DS250DF810 and DS250DF410.

We are found ADS simulation project and datasheet.

However, the components are briefly described by the datasheet (ds280df810.pdf & ds250df410.pdf). We have already downloaded the following documents:

  • ds280df810.pdf
  • ds250df410.pdf
  • slyb231.pdf
  • slyt678.pdf
  • snla244.pdf
  • Serdes25gbps_copy.zip

Do you have more technical documents about the retimer family ? Or do you have a contact who manage this product line ?

    Hi Eric,

    You may request and gain access to technical collateral for the 25G/28G retimers via the TI.com product page (see the link below the "Special Note".) Once you gain access you will be able to download:

    • The full long datasheet for retimer
    • Retimer programming guide
    • Technical application notes SNLA277 and SNLA 252
    • evaluation board files (such as the ".brd" and also PCB schematic)

    The above collateral that you may download via TI MySecureSW access should provide more than enough technical detail on TI 25G/28G retimer product features, usage and configuration.
