TUSB4041I: reference wiring from datasheet <> different in evaluation kit?

Part Number: TUSB4041I

Hi,

I'm a bit confused when comparing the evaluation kit with the datasheet;

In the datasheet, the pins 8&10 are connected to low, which results in 'individual power support in each downstream port' according to the description.

But in the evaluation kit (page 8 SLLU227.pdf), the wiring for pin 8 & 10 is as following; (pin 8 has inverter input in SLLU227)

Depending on SW2, pin 8 & 10 are not connected or connected to high.

The description of SW2_2 or SW2_4 on page 5&6 says that the respective pin has an internal pull up, and if the switch is set ON, the pin is pulled low.

If that's the case, shouldn't pin 8 & 10 be connected to ground via the switch in stead of 3p3v?

Or am I missing something?

Thanks
