We're designing our own interface board that controls the DS90UB949 using our uP. We can successfully connect to our LCD using the DS90UB949-Q1EVM Eval Board, displaying a 1920 x1080 image - this requires Dual Link mode.
I've dumped the register values from the Eval board and programmed the DS90UB949 on our board with those value using our uP. Problem is that our board does not display the image. If I input a 720p image into the board it will display it, repeating 3 times on the LCD. Below are the register settings read from both ports of the DS90UB949 as well as the Eval board.
