TPD2EUSB30: -

Part Number: TPD2EUSB30

Hello,

I'm using the TPD2EUSB30 ESD protection device on our board for USB 3.0 signals. The datasheet specifies pin 1 and 2 to be D+ and D- respectively. Since the circuit diagram of the diodes inside seem to be symmetrical, it appears that if need be, I could swap the D+ and D- inputs to be the opposite polarity just for the sake of layout purposes. Is that correct? Can these pins be swapped to opposite polarities?

Thank you very much

Ray
