Hello,
I would like to use this device beyond the ambient temperature specified in the data sheet. I see that the maximum junction temperature in the data sheet specifies a much wider range of operation (-55deg C to +150degC) then compared to the ambient operation. I am needing a thermal model so that I can focus on managing relative to junction temperature which is much wider operating range than what the data sheet shows for ambient.
Can you provide a thermal model for this device?
Also do you have any other relevant information for consideration here?
