a customer of mine (space & defense) has bought some parts of TPD2E001DRLR.
He is asking whether is possible -from the top marking- to figure out if it is a NiPdAu or Sn lead ball finish.
I have read the datasheet the note 6: “Lead/Ball Finish - Orderable Devices may have multiple material finish options. Finish options are separated by a vertical ruled line. Lead/Ball Finish values may wrap to two lines if the finish value exceeds the maximum column width.”
At the vertical line is beyond the letters on the top marking, may we assume it is Sn?
