Daniel,

Please find the review below:
1. Confirm that RBIAS is 1% tolerance.
2. TD+/- and RD+/- pins of DP83848C need 50ohm pull up resistors with 0.1uF decoupling capacitor. Refer to Figure 7.2 in datasheet for information on how to connect these pins.
3. From straps it looks like RMII mode is enabled. Is this the required mode?
4. MDIO should have 1.5kohm pull up resistor.
5. Confirm that magnetics meets the requirement in the datasheet section '7.2.1.4 Magnetics'
6. Confirm clock meets the datasheet requirement in section '7.2.1.2.2 Crystal'
7. When LED pins are strapped high, the LED output will work as active low. Refer to section 7 in this app note: www.ti.com/.../snla079d.pdf for more information.
