TVP7002: Whether the TVP7002 can support 1650*1080 resolution?

TVP7002 supports up to 1920x1080p resolution as it is described in the datasheet:

Horizontal resolution can be set by H-PLL Feedback Divider MSBs and LSBs as PLL divide [11:0]: Controls the 12-bit horizontal PLL feedback divider value that determines the number of pixels per line.
