In case of SN75DP130, the application is used for DP output stage, Please check if it can be used for input like BLOCK diagram.

Above block is SN75DP130 part and also TMDS181 part.
Please check that there is no problem in the circuit diagram below.

So DP130 will be used in a sink application, please refer to this app note: www.ti.com/.../slla349.pdf for the sink application.

On TMDS181
Please have large size cap on TMDS181 1.2V supply
2k pullup on SCL_CTL and SDA_CLT
0.1uF on OE

on DP130
No need to have AC caps on the input if source already has AC coupling caps
Please take a look at the app note on the AUX implementation

For DP130, have you considered TDP142 linear re-driver? TDP142 is easier to design than DP130, I would recommend switching to TDP142 instead using DP130.
