TUSB422: Timing Requirements I2C bus

Hi colleagues,

my customer has a Fall time from 4-5 ns on the I2C bus. The min Fall time in the Datasheet is given with 14 ns. 

Is this device working well with a lower fall time or does the customer has to adjust this?
