Hi All,

Can any body provide me to the TUSb1310 (USb3.0 PHY) ibis model.

I need to run the SI simulation using IBIS model.

If not, kindly provide me the spice model for the device.

Can some body tell me what is the reference of SSTX/RX signals.

Analogue ground or digital ground??

Should i connect the USB connector ground pins to Analogue ground or digital ground?

The SS signals should be referenced to anaolg ground.

Have a look at the TUSB9260 implementation guide for an example of how to connect the USB connector grounding.

Since the TUSB1310 PHY must be used with an FPGA to perform any functions, we rely on 3rd party FPGA development kits for reference designs.

PLDA, Evatronix, and System Level Solutions have available development platforms. See the TUSB1310 Product Folder for more information on the PLDA offerings. In addition, Synopsys has a development platform called the HAPS that they will have a daughter card with the TUSB1310 on to enable USB 3.0 functionality.

We have an implementation guide available in the product folder that discusses board layout and power issues, but much of the critical design activity is really the FPGA that is used.
