The TUSB522P datasheet (revised Nov 2017) shows the size of the thermal pad to be 2.8x2.8 (page 16). However my customer received samples with a 2.1x2.1 thermal pad. Further investigations show that in the addendum another package drawing appears with 2.1x2.1 thermal pad.
1. What is the correct pad size?
2. The part number does not allow to distinguish the two pad sizes. How can my customer be sure to receive always the same pad size?
