TVP5158: TVP5158 pin 82 - how to connect

hi there,

datasheet of TVP5158 indicates pin82 as VSS (digital ground). on the other hand, the denoting EVM user's guide shows the same pin 82 as TESTMODE pin connected via 0 Ohm resistor to GND and via 10k Ohm resistor to 3.3V.

how should my customer connect pin 82 now on their test board and final application?
