Hi Darren,

The issue is with Java on your computer. You need to either fix your Java or try a different computer.

we also use different computer to install it，but it also cannot installed；we find it is not release from TI web，could you help check whether have other way to install it，tks！

Also, you can just scroll down to the "Software" section of that webpage. The download link is there.
