SN65HVDA100-Q1: Can SN65HVDA100 replace TJA1021?

Hi team,

I want to know if  SN65HVDA100 can replace TJA1021? is it the best one?

my customer also use UJA1023 in there current project, do we have device can replace?

    Hi Betty,

    Yes, SN65HVD100-Q1 has the same pinout and functionality as TJA1021 and can serve as a replacement. If the WAKE and INH functions are not needed in the application you may want to consider the newer TLIN1029-Q1 device as well.

    We do not have any direct replacement for UJA1023, though. I am interested to hear more about the application needs, so I will contact you privately.
