DS90UB954-Q1: Looking for any charts/diagrams demonstrates the temperature decaying behavior.

I need to estimate the time period required for this deserializer to cool down after an over temperature event occurs.

I can't do this without having charts indicating the thermal characteristics of the deserializer.

Bilal,
What do you mean by over-temperature event? Are you exceeding the max operating temperature range?
If it goes beyond the absolute maximum ratings in the datasheet, permanent damage to the device may occur.

We provide thermal info in device datasheet under Thermal Information section.
We do not have additional diagrams other than what's included in the datasheet.
