TS5USBC41: schematic check

Hi guys,

My customer is designing in the TS5USBC41 and would like someone from the product line to check their schematic and answer their questions:

Can youy review the following schematic and make sure it is acceptable? 

                A few questions. 

                                Note:     D- goes to D+ then D1+ goes to D-

                                                D+ goes to D- then D1- goes to D+

Can FLT be left N/C without a termination resitior?

                                On the un-used output, TI recommends 50Ohm termination resitors. 

Can I combine them into 1?  Both C1 and C2, into R47?

                                Can we pull SEL1 and SEL2 direct to GND, I assume this isn’t an issue.
