TUSB1046A-DCI: pull-up sequence

Hi, Team,

A customer will use TUSB1046A-DCI with TPS65987DDH. This is question for TUSB1046A-DCI pull-up. The below pin are pulled-up by I2C Master(TPS65987DDH). Is it ok to turn off TUSB1046A-DCI when I2C Master is power on?

FLIP/SCL
CTL0/SDA
CTL1/HPDIN

CTL1, CTL0 and FLIP are Failsafe pin, so it is ok to turn off TUSB1046A while I2C master is powered on as the voltage on these pins will not leak onto TUISB1046A VCC pins.
