Hi

Disconnection monitoring with the link partner is carried out with the count value of False Carrier Event Counter, is it a reasonable countermeasure?
In addition, the link restoration method is realized by issuing the following reset.

    Hi,

    Why not use the link status bit to monitor link?
    I am not sure why you would use False Carrier to detect link status over the actual link status bit.

    What do you mean by link restoration?
    The PHY will constantly try and establish a link without the need to activate the RESET.
    However, if you change the auto-negotiation advertisement in the auto-negotiation bit field, then you need to restart the process by using register 0x0.
