300ns Data hold time is based on design engineer simulations across different device, temperature, and process corners. So in other words, this is the worst case scenario. It would be best to design using worst case analyses.

It is not good to connect the LMH 0303S directly to the I2C of the MCU.
We understand that we must adjust the timing considering dispersion. Is this understanding OK?

Greetings Ishhi-San,

LMH0303 has a slave SMBus interface. Meaning the host driving LMH0303 controls the SMBus interface timing. Majority of times, this host is a FPGA and can easily control this timing. In any case, the host must adjust this timing to meet this timing requirement.
