Hi all.
My customer request that ONET8501V is supplied in the state of die, not packaging because application is VCSEL driver of TOSA.
So packaging product is not match for this application.
Could you supply this device in state of die?
If you can it, please tell me the mass production threshold, and can you also support other laser driver?
