TUSB2077A: About TUSB2077A power on sequence

Part Number: TUSB2077A

Dears,

I had read some discussion about TUSB2077A and mentioned about power on sequence!

However, I did not find any chart in datasheet!

Is there anyone provide it to me?

One more question, does the RC circuit is necessary or not for reset pin?

Thanks.

  • Hi Peter,

Yes, the RC circuit or active reset is necessary. There is no chart, but there is a description of the necessary reset timing:

RESET is an active low TTL input with hysteresis and must be asserted at power up. When RESET is asserted, all
logic is initialized. Generally, a reset with a pulse width between 100 μs and 1 ms is recommended after 3.3-V VCC
reaches its 90%. Clock signal has to be active during the last 60 μs of the reset window.

    Regards,
