SN75DP130: LINK_BW_SET at setting through IIC

Hi,

Data rate is 2.7Gbps per lane.
If we set LINK_BW_SET = 1.62Gbps through IIC(Link training is disable) at the actual data rate is 2.7Gbps, What happens?

Link training may fail at 2.7G, and if both source and sink support 1.62G, they will drop the data rate down to 1.62G and re-start the link training.

The LINK_BW_SET controls the duration of the pre-emphasis level.
