USB3 (device) to PCIe (root-complex) device

Dear Ones,

We are looking for a USB3 to PCIe device.

The device will connect to a PC USB3 port, so it will act as a USB device, and on its downstream port connect to a PCIe endpoint, so it will act as a PCIe root complex.

Does TI have such a device?

Can you suggest one from your experience/knowledge?
